TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

Our TecASSIST™ team will be unavailable from 12:30PM on Friday 22nd December and return on Monday, 15th January 2024.

Normal operating hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30AM - 4:30PM.  

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Knauf Customer Service will close at 2:30PM on Friday 22nd December.

The team will return 8th - 12th January 2024 from 6.00AM to 2.30PM.

From Monday 15th January, they are back to normal operations and will be available Monday to Friday 6:00AM – 4:30PM.

KNAUF CENTRES (Trade Stores)

Knauf Centres will close at 12:00PM from 22nd December 2023.

Normal operation will resume across the network from 15th January 2024.

The Knauf Centres listed below will return on 8th January 2024 from 6:00AM - 2:00PM. We recommend you contact your nearest Knauf Centre to confirm order cut-off times during this period.
