Wesley College Perth

Perth's Wesley College implemented an extensive refurbishment of their classrooms and facilities. The middle school buildings were fully upgraded to provide students and faculty with modern, clean, durable and interchangeable classroom environments to maximise natural lighting and air circulation.

Wesley College’s facility management team were looking for a clean, bright, acoustical ceiling tile that is easy to maintain and provides quick access to services.

Knauf's Acoustical Ceiling Systems - MARS™ ClimaPlus™ was the product of choice for Wesley College.

The clean lines, monolithic texture and high light reflectivity combined with excellent noise reduction and made it well-suited for the classroom environment. This was further enhanced by the product’s durability, scratch-resistant, cleanable surface and the 30-year lifetime system warranty.

Approximately 1200m2 of MARS™ ClimaPlus™ 1200 x 600 x 19mm SLT panels were installed into a KNAUF DONN™ Brand DX suspension system in the middle school classrooms.

"The MARS™ ClimaPlus™ product has provided the acoustical properties, visual impact and light reflection we were looking for to establish a clean, calm and bright learning environment for our students. The panels are easy to replace and allow easy access to services.” Paul Sutton, Facilities Manager, Wesley College in South Perth.
