Menara Shell is a multi-award-winning-project, attaining accreditations such as the Best Office Award from the Malaysia Property Press Award 2015 (MPPA 2015) and top place at the FIABCI Malaysia Property Award 2015.

Menara Shell is also a certified US LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum Standards Green Building and Malaysian Green Building Index (GBI) certification. As such, every aspect of this office tower was designed to affect sustainability and productivity positively.

Knauf Sheetrock® Echostop™  
It is a perforated gypsum board designed for systems requiring both superior acoustic and aesthetic qualities. Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) performance ranging from 0.55 – 0.8.

 

Quietwall Acoustic System

A unique partition system to accommodate the increasing demand for a quiet and peaceful indoor environment that increases comfort levels, reduces stress, and increases productivity and peace of mind.  This product is a slimmer partition and space-saving footprint which is easy to install.

This system includes Knauf Sheetrock® Firestop™ and Knauf Sheetrock® StandardCORE.

Knauf Sheetrock® Firestop™
Knauf Sheetrock® Firestop™ is for interior lining fire protection, ideal for lining walls, ceiling beams, and columns which are used extensively throughout the world for commercial and residential construction. It is simple to install, specifically developed, and tested for use in fire rated applications. The application of this product in single and multiple layers provides a variety of fire rated and acoustical performance.

Knauf Sheetrock® StandardCORE
This is the most versatile and modern interior lining product, which is suitable for ceiling and wall application. It can be fixed to timber, metal framing, and masonry construction with high-quality finish to any interior projects.

Knauf Pin Perf™ Climaplus™
A ceiling tile product made from recycled content that gives the perfect acoustic flows and sound absorption. This design is highly recommended for the applications of offices, department stores, corridors, and retail stores which come with ClimaPlus™ 30 years lifetime system warranty to withstand conditions up to 49℃ (120f).
