Knauf Plasterboard Screws

Knauf has a complete range of plasterboard fasteners to be used in the application of our systems. Part of our range of fasteners includes a full range of plasterboard screws that are all yellow zinc coated to prevent the screws from rusting, which is a common problem with uncoated screws. Our range of screws includes needle point (type ‘S’), drill point (type ‘D’), and laminating screws (type ‘L’) which have been tested to international standards for anti-rust, corrosion, pull out strength, and screw ability.

Type

Needle Point Screw (Type ‘S’) - ‘S’ Type screws are recommended for fixing single or multi-layer plasterboard and light gauge metal framing up to 0.75mm.
Drill Point Screw (Type ‘D’) - ‘D’ type screws are recommended for fixing single and multi-layer plasterboard to heavy gauge metal framing or stud from 0.80mm up to 2.00mm.
Laminating Screw (Type ‘L’) - ‘L’ type screws are recommended for laminating plasterboard to plasterboard in multi-layer systems.
