Warehouse Manager

Working Place: Hai Phong Plant - Lot CN4.4A, Dinh Vu Industrial Zone. Dong Hai 2 Ward, Hai An District of Dinh Vu-Cat Hai Economic Zone. Hai Phong, Hai Phong, VN (have shuttle bus from the center of Hai Phong city);

Working Time: 8:00AM – 5:00PM Mon to Fri

 

Job Description:

- Supervise and be responsible for reporting to the Plant Manager daily or periodically

- Comply with regulations and closely monitor the safety regulations of individuals, warehouse staff and 3rd parties

- Assign and supervise staff to perform daily work

- Monitor the compliance of warehouse staff daily safety

- Supervise the daily 5S implementation of employees in the warehouse

- Supervise the compliance of warehouse staff's procedures for importing and exporting goods;

- Combine with other parts in the factory to handle any arising problems

- Synthesize and report monthly inventory data.

- Manage warehouse space layout to maximize production capacity

- Control quality and quantity of raw material and additives

- Strictly supervise safety regulations for forklifts in the warehouse as well as vehicles entering and leaving the warehouse;

- Strictly supervise safety regulations for lifting equipment operation the production line as well as HSE requirement regulated by SEA.

- Arrange to complete all monthly HSE visit as Knauf requirements;

- Raise & update safety issues & complete them in Process maker system

- Other tasks are assigned by line manager

Job Requirement:

- Education: Bachelor degree in any related majors;

- Have 5 years’ experience related warehouse, logistic at manufacturing and at least 2 years’ experience as team leader/ manager level;

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing service.

- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to complete within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

- Proficient to Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
