Sales Admin

Job Description:

• Check expense claims of sales team (Travel, Entertainment and Gift expense) and proceed payment with accounting team;

• Act as ambassador to coordinate all related tasks to support Sales Teams and other internal departments (Ex: Accounting team…);

• Closely & proactively coordinate with Sales team in monitoring, reminding and recording all related activities and propose action plans for improvement if any;

• Process to issue invoice to support sales team to handle to our customers and provide support to line manager to solve problems with regards these issues;

• Support to collect promotion’s documents, POSM, entry data and follow up promotion activity;

• Prepare for sales contract & get approval, and file related scheme & documents;

• Support other admin tasks (if any) & Other duties assigned by line manager.

 

Job Requirement:

• Education: Bachelor degree in any related majors;

• Welcome fresh graduate with good attitude, willing to learn and good Microsoft office: Excel, Word;

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proficient to Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel)

• Good English communication skill

• Good administration and organization skills

• Good collaboration and service mindset 

• High responsibility and driven results

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.

 

Other Information:

• Working Place: Floor 7, Habour View Tower – 37 Nguyen Hue St., Dist. 1, HCMC;

• Working Time: 8:30AM – 5:30PM (the breaking time: 12:00PM – 1:00PM);
