Developed by Frasers Centrepoint Ltd and Far East Organization, Watertown is Punggol’s first residential-cum-commercial development. Waterfront is also Singapore’s first luxurious development that integrates the train stations (MRT and LRT), residential areas, shopping mall, and Singapore’s largest man-made waterway – The Punggol Waterway.
Knauf is proud to supply our 102mm Impactwall System – 19mm Sheetrock® Impactstop™ and Rondo Fire Regulated Metal to the Punggol Watertown Condominium that is part of this mixed development. The residential area is made up of 1,001 units and is expected to complete in 2017.
Knauf’s 102mm Impactwall system is constructed from high density, fire- and moisture-resistant gypsum board, which carries the Singapore Green Label and is 100% recyclable, making it a suitable option for use in residential interior wall linings.
