SHEETROCK® WINS Home Timber & Hardware 'INNOVATION AWARD'
USG Boral proudly accepts Innovation Award for SHEETROCK®
USG Boral was presented with the Innovation of the Year Award at the recent Home Timber and Hardware Group National Conference. The Award was determined on the votes from independent store owners which made it even more pleasing for the company.
The Home Timber and Hardware independent store owners voted for SHEETROCK® as their preferred innovation amongst a field of nine very worthy entries. Innovation was a big theme during the conference, held this year on the Gold Coast and The Innovation Zone was a popular destination for conference delegates.
USG Boral National Hardware Manager Luke Holman said it was a real coup for the company to receive the award from a major distributor of the product, especially against such high quality competition.
“We are a company of firsts and our innovation is one of the main ways we differentiate ourselves from our competitors,” Luke said. “This is another important endorsement for our brand.”
