As the region’s leading trade show for the building and construction industry - BuildTech Asia 2016, hosted by the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore (BCA), has a reputation for bringing together building professionals and construction industry innovators to share ideas and to showcase latest products. This is an ideal event for the industry stakeholders to develop business relationships.

For USG Boral Singapore, this event provided us the opportunity to showcase the innovative building system solution that cater to the various needs of the people visiting the trade show.

On the Ceiling systems, we showcased the Logix™ Integrated System for those looking to create a seamless monolithic finish to their commercial building interior. For those looking for an added modern decorative touch, we have decorated our booth with a selection of Metal Ceilings to inspire our customers.

Another key feature on display was the detailed full scale, cut out models of our wall system; from internal to external. These provided the visitors an opportunity to witness first hand on how the drywall system of their home or offices are constructed. For those innovators, these provided them with various solution to realise their innovative designs.

We took the opportunity to showcase our innovative, Structural Panels for flooring system in this event. Being lightweight and thin, both structural and acoustic performance are never compromised, comparing to conventional systems. We invited visitors to walk over the thin panels and experience it by themselves. This also allowed us to demonstrate the durability of the panel system for flooring applications to our customers.

With the growing demand of the industry for Industrialised Building System (IBS) like Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) and Prefabricated Bathroom Unit (PBU), USG Boral Singapore’s system solution is the ideal choice. These are all backed by our team of professionals who can share our technical know-how and collaborate with our customers to achieve their visions.

This event marked another successful milestone for USG Boral Singapore in our journey to bring greater innovations in building system solution to the construction industry and help improving the lives of our customers and the community.
