USG Boral Participates in VERITAS Mini Olympics

USG Boral Malaysia recently participated in the VERITAS Mini Olympics event on 22nd September 2018, organized by VERITAS Design Group. Like the actual Olympics, this event is held once every four years.

VERITAS Design Group is one of the top multidisciplinary design firms in Malaysia, as acknowledged by BCI Asia in its annual listing. Backed by a team consisting of over 330 qualified professionals and support staff, VERITAS has expanded its business from its roots as an architectural firm to providing a full range of design services through subsidiary and associate companies. We have had the privilege of working closely with this prestigious company over the years, therefore participating in this quadrennial event enabled both companies to further strengthen our relationship.

On the day, 16 staff from our Sales and Marketing department represented the company for the marching event. Another proud representative of the company was Loke Wai Bin, who managed to emerge victorious in the 100-meter sprint (principal category). At the same time, Adip Mohd Faud – another USG Boral Malaysia representative – managed to win 2nd place for the shot putt competition.

We were proud to be a part of this sports event as we had an enjoyable time with one of our key partners. Moreover, the event served as a platform to build and foster relationships with professional architects – one of the key segments that USG Boral Malaysia places constant emphasis on.
